From simple, sublime dishes to grand gourmet feasts; whatever your style, there's a signature dish you can master. While taste is paramount, the overall experience is just as important: the ambiance of the room or location, the time of day, the presentation of your meal, the music played, the drinks served--it all adds up. Anytime you hear someone "oohing and aahing" over the food you've served, and the overall experience is full of surprise and delight...you've achieved a Seduction Meal.
The purpose of this blog is to share the creative endeavors of home cooks in their pursuit of romance through a shared food experience (although stories and tips from chefs, foodies and food experts are highly welcomed). The aim is to provide a collective experience of two of life's universal pleasures--food + romance.

I am a food enthusiast. I love and appreciate good foods of all kind. I am not a professional cook, rather I am self-taught; more of the "happy-hands-at-home" type. I am fortunate to live in a city that allows me to experience some of the best restaurants and outstanding food from around the world. By day, I run an advertising/marketing business in New York City. Before that I ran a photo repping agency and co-founded a graphic design firm before focusing on sales and marketing for larger agencies. Interests and hobbies include travel, photography, collage, painting, reading, music, skiing, and gardening.
A few of my Seduction Meals include: Steak Au Poivre, Lobster and Fish Chowder, Hot + Spicy Garlic Shrimp, Crab Cakes with Spicy Remoulade, Grilled Rib Eye Steak with Tomato and Blue Cheese Salad, Pork & Black Bean Mole Chili, and being Italian...many pasta dishes.
