lobster haute cuisine
A Lobster Degustation Dinner--another delicious gourmet food and wine tasting event held at the James Beard House. The food is sensual and artistically presented; the colors, contrasts and shapes inspiring. Degustation means "a careful, appreciative tasting of various foods" and this dinner certainly held up to its promise. For future food and wine tastings at the James Beard House, go to this link for a list of upcoming events.

wow, I love your site! I found a random link over and that picture of the lobster scallop medallion with the drips of green in the sauce sucked me in. Your photography is excellent too. It's only 9 am and now I'm craving lobster...
Hi foodhoe.... I LOVE your name! Thank you for the complement. I just went on your site and you have some tasty photos there yourself! I see you spend some time in Texas. I am in Austin right now--any tips on great restaurants here?
This menu sounds delicious, and I am a huge fan of Penfold's and am sure the Bin 51 complimented the lobster and scallops so well.

Hello Bryan
Wow! I am honored to hear from you. It was such a wonderful evening filled with wide array of savory lobster dishes. Thank you. I have already email all my friends in CO telling them to visit each of your restaurants. I look forward to the next event and will definitely stop by when in town. Terry
